Opinion by Kay B. Day
Democrats are attempting to force House Speaker John Boehner to ignore federal law and misappropriate taxpayer money. Democrats want Boehner to include funding in a bill appropriating taxpayer money for the Dept. of Homeland Security for President Barack Obama’s executive legislation on immigration. To fund Obama’s illicit legislation would violate federal law.
A president cannot legally write, pass, and sign immigration law unilaterally. Only Congress can do that. A president’s powers are limited in this and other regards, as many legal scholars have noted. President buy modafinil online sun pharmaaccording to a fact checker conservatives consider left of center, that he could not take action that would reshape immigration laws.
The president admitted it again, after his reelection, on a network aimed at a specific ethnic group:
“In a January 2013 Telemundo interview, Obama was asked why he couldn’t protect mothers living here without authorization from deportation as he had aided law-abiding students. ‘I’m not a king,’ Obama replied, tracking his response the same month to a similar query from Univision and his reply at a February 2013 Google Hangout town hall where he also said “we’ve kind of stretched our administrative flexibility as much as we can.’”
The president’s unilateral actions on immigration via his Deferred Action diktat, require the payment of fees. Fees are revenue. A president cannot legally create a bill to derive revenue.

EXPERTS SAY OBAMA’S ACTION IS ILLEGAL
Jan C. Ting, a professor who teaches citizenship and immigration law and tax law at Temple University Beasley School of Law (Philadelphia), echoed other experts in an explanatory article, buy modafinil paypal. Ting wrote:
“Based on the statutes, legislative history, case law, and analysis presented…I conclude that each of the three assertions of legal authority needed to implement President Obama’s ‘deferred action’ program for some four million illegal aliens plainly violates our statutory immigration laws. The deferral of removal is based on spurious claims, clearly exceeds the bounds of prosecutorial discretion, and directly violates a provision of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996; grants of advance parole also directly violate a provision of the 1996 Act; and granting employment authorization to millions of illegal aliens directly contradicts numerous court decisions holding that the Executive Branch may not under color of its power to administer the immigration laws circumvent the statutory limits on the number of aliens allowed to compete in the U.S. labor market. Taken together, the three illegal steps amount to a usurpation of Congress’s exclusive constitutional authority to formulate immigration policy.”
Making the offense worse, Democrats chose not to reform immigration when they had absolute control of the federal government for the last two years of President George W. Bush’s second term and held control until January, 2011.
Most Americans are aware that open borders hawks are acting on a purely political impulse, and their actions encourage foreign nationals to illegally vote in elections.
If the U.S. was a third world country, we would be calling what is happening at the executive and administrative levels a coup.
Republicans have submitted a bill funding the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, and Democrats are obstructing the bill, demanding that funding be provided for Obama’s unprecedented initiative.
To provide that funding, absent an immigration bill originating in the House of Representatives, would constitute defrauding U.S. taxpayers and violating legal authorities defined in the U.S. Constitution.
OBAMA’S ACTION UNDERMINES NATIONAL SECURITY
Enabling Obama’s executive legislation would also seriously threaten national security at a time when wars are in process around the globe and the U.S. is a frequent target of Islamist terrorists, evidenced by attacks like the Ft. Hood shootings, the Boston Marathon Bombing, and the buy modafinil europe most Americans have never heard of.
Obama’s actions confer legitimacy on millions of people the federal bureaucracy cannot possibly vet. The bureaucracy is challenged by legal immigration, and this new illicit legislation signed by not a single member of Congress will certainly be plagued with fraud as other legal immigration “reforms” have been. After the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, an act politicians like Democrat senator Chuck Schumer falsely told Americans would solve our problems, authorities were even stymied in trying tobuy modafinil uk paypal
Senate Democrats, taking advantage of Senate changes Republicans did not enjoy when progressives had control, have blocked debate on the House bill. Legacy media have misled Americans about the intricacies in Obama’s illicit legislation which continues to change at his whim.
Neither Republicans nor Democrats can legally fund an illegal bill. Any who sign such a bill should be promptly charged with violating the oath they take upon being sworn in to office. That oath comprises a promise to uphold the U.S. Constitution.
